These aren't show horses kept behind a fence. They're working animals with personalities, habits and favourites — and they love meeting new people.
Dusty May is the gentle one — the first to come to the fence and the last to leave. She has a soft spot for anyone with a carrot in their pocket and will search your hands until she finds it. If you're visiting for the first time, Dusty May will make you feel right at home.
The big fella. Hercules lives up to his name — powerful, commanding, and absolutely magnificent to watch in a working demonstration. Don't let the size fool you though — he's as gentle as they come once he decides he likes you, and he usually does.
Jax is the character of the group. Curious, cheeky and always watching what's going on. He'll nudge your shoulder if he thinks you're not paying him enough attention and he's been known to investigate bags and pockets without invitation. Kids absolutely love him.
Murphy is not a Clydesdale — and he knows it. He's our resident donkey, the smallest member of the team and absolutely convinced he runs the place. Loud, opinionated and completely loveable, Murphy will make himself known the moment you arrive. The kids go absolutely wild for him.
"Clydesdales were the backbone of Australian farming for over a century. Coming here is a chance to connect with that history up close."Bulahdelah Clydesdales · NSW
